Suggested Bequest Language for a Will:
“I give and bequeath to the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation with EIN 20-0334634, located at P.O. Box 4241, Manchester, NH 03108-4241, the sum of $________ (or ________ percent of my residuary estate) to be used for its general purposes or for such other purposes as its Board of Directors may determine.”
Suggested Bequest Language for a Trust:
“The Trustee(s) shall pay over and distribute from principal to the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation with EIN 20-0334634, located at P.O. Box 4241, Manchester, NH 03108-4241, the sum of $________ (or ________ percent) to be used for its general purposes or for such other purposes as its Board of Directors may determine.”

What You Should Do
- Notify us. Simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page or send this form to info@nhliberty.org. You do not need to send your full will or trust.
- Keep your own records and let your executor or trustee know of your wishes.
- Update as life changes. You can always revise your will or trust later if your circumstances or wishes change.
What We Will Do
- Send you a personal thank-you letter acknowledging your gift intention
- Welcome you as a member of the NHLA Legacy Society
- Respect your privacy — our preference is to recognize you publicly for your gift as it encourages others to do the same, but if you select anonymity we will 100% respect your wish.
- Keep you updated on the NHLA’s work so you are kept abreast of what we’re building and understand your gift’s impact.
