Event planners are encouraged to reserve dates on this calendar early in the planning stage. Whenever possible dates should be reserved before they are made public and before they are finalized. Please include contact information in your events, and, if you reserve several potential dates, please delete your placeholder events as soon as you finalize your event date.

Since tentative event dates are included on this calendar, it is not publicly readable or writeable. If you’d like to have access please send an email to secretary@nhliberty.org and include what organization you are representing.
While tentative event dates are not typically sensitive information, we request that you do not share the dates outside of this calendar as this may cause confusion when a formal date is announced that is different from the tentative dates published here.
