STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT relative to an increase in lottery ticket prices.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

82:1 Permissible Ticket Price. Amend RSA 284:21-i, II(c)(1) to read as follows:

(1) The price for which tickets for drawings and sweepstakes races shall be sold; not to exceed [$10] $20 per ticket.

82:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
