Rep. Shem Kellogg (Rockingham- District 14) was one of seven State Reps to receive a perfect score on the NHLA's Liberty Rating in 2015. Sadly, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer on Christmas Eve. Since then, he has been undergoing chemotherapy at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.

Yesterday, by unanimous decision, the board voted to remove Tim O'Flaherty as Research Director, and to appoint Jeffrey Creem to fill the position through the end of the term, in November.
